This is a standalone decal sheet, not a kit. The word multiuse suggests that the designs are conceived universally and can be used across the models of a given series, not just on one particular machine. Markings like these are what bring a model to life most: large surfaces gain scale and the build stops looking like a toy.
Why decals on snap-fit models
Kits with pre-colored parts look finished once assembled, but the smooth panels on them stay bare. Small lettering, warning markings and numbers are the simplest way to move a model toward a realistic impression. Check the number and the actual designs on the sheet on the box.
The basis is a smooth glossy surface: on a matte surface air gets trapped under the decal and a whitish edge appears. Spray the model with a gloss varnish beforehand. With waterslide decals, cut the sheet up design by design, soak it, slide the design off the paper onto the surface and blot away the excess water. A decal softener will help it settle into the engraved lines by making the decal supple: apply it sparingly and let it work, and do not press on it. If these are dry transfer decals, lay the film on the spot, run a blunt pencil or a stick over it and peel the film carefully away. In both cases the result is fixed at the end with a varnish of the desired sheen.
The package contains the decals only. The model, varnish and softener are not part of it.
