An acrylic ink from the maker Green Stuff World from the Intensity Ink range. Inks are a category of their own in figure painting: they are worked with differently from ordinary paints and modelers traditionally bring them in where the point is toning a finished surface, deepening shadows or mixing into shades of your own.
