A Hataka modeling paint from the Orange Line. The name Jaune Sahara is French and means Sahara yellow, that is, a sand yellow tone.
Responsibility details are not available.
Jaune Sahara is French for Sahara yellow. It is therefore a sand yellow tone from the family of colors that cover machines in a dry, bright environment. On a model such a shade is treacherous precisely because it is light: every transition and every irregularity in the surface shows up well on it, while in one heavy coat it easily floods fine rivets and seams. The Orange Line carries several shades with French names, and this is one of them.
Stir the bottle thoroughly before use, as light pigments settle to the bottom particularly readily. The thinner intended for this line and the thinning ratio are stated by the manufacturer on the packaging, so follow the instructions. Apply it in several thin coats and let each one dry. With light tones a light base coat is worth having, as over a dark base the paint would cover only slowly and the shade would shift.
It suits modelers who build vehicles in a sand finish, and it will serve just as well on the small things around them: crates, jerrycans, equipment and additions to a diorama. Judge the match of the shade on a sprayed and dried sample, not by the color in the bottle.
The thinner, brushes and a model are not included, unless stated otherwise. The volume of the package is stated by the manufacturer on the packaging.
