A motif fifteen centimeters in size with the outline of the Czechoslovak L-29 Delfin jet trainer. The dark print is prepared for light, smooth surfaces.
The Delfin first flew in 1959 and two years later won the comparative trials from which the standard trainer of the Warsaw Pact states emerged. It was built at Vodochody, and before the line stopped in the mid-1970s some three and a half thousand examples had left it. It flew in dozens of countries from Europe through the Middle East all the way to Africa, and for whole generations of pilots it was the first machine with a jet engine they ever sat in. In the West the code name Maya came to be used for it.
Degrease the surface with spirit and let it dry, and only then peel the covering layer off. Lay the motif down from one side and press it as you go, so that the air has time to be pushed out. It can be washed normally; only avoid a pressure jet aimed straight at the edge, which could lift the film.
The light counterpart of the same motif is a separate item and suits a dark surface. Choose, then, according to the color of the surface the sticker is to go on.
