The Zlin Z-526 sticker (15 cm, black) is a sticker with the motif of the aerobatic and training aircraft from the Trener line, from the Omask brand. It belongs among promotional items.
Responsibility details are not available.
A sticker with the motif of the Zlin Z-526 aircraft in a black finish. It is a promotional item, not modeling material: it does not replace masking film, it is not a decal and it has no use while building a model. The 15 cm size detail and the color in the name tell apart variants of the same motif, which are made as separate items.
The Zlin Z-526 belongs to the extensive Trener line from the production of Moravan Otrokovice. A two-seat all-metal low-wing machine with retractable landing gear, it served for advanced as well as aerobatic training, and in single-seat conversions it was used for competition aerobatics. Machines of this line were among the most successful aerobatic aircraft of their day in the 1960s, and many of them still fly in flying clubs today.
For modelers and pilots to whom the Trener line means something. The black finish reads on a light surface; the white variant of the same motif is made as a separate item.
This is a promotional item, not a modeling mask, a decal or a kit. Stick it on a clean, dry and smooth surface.
