The Aber photo-etched mesh 0.8 x 0.5 mm is a fine brass sheet with small elongated apertures for fine grilles and protective screens on models.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a universal photo-etched accessory, not a kit. Aber, the Polish maker of photo-etched parts, supplies a thin brass sheet with a regular mesh of 0.8 x 0.5 mm aperture size. The small elongated apertures make a very fine structure.
A photo-etched brass mesh replaces coarsely molded plastic grilles with an accurate metal part. The fine pattern suits small radiator grilles, fine protective screens, speakers and the filter areas of small parts. The material is thin, holds its shape and is easy to cut to size.
Cut the part out with sharp photo-etch shears or break it off the sheet, and degrease the area beforehand. Glue the mesh with super glue (cyanoacrylate) or with a two-part adhesive; apply a metal primer before painting.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and other materials are not included in the package.
