E.T. Model 1:35 Russian GAZ-233014 STS is a resin set of replacement wheels with weighting deformation for a model of the Russian armored vehicle. It is not a kit of the vehicle, but a chassis accessory.

This set from E.T. Model replaces the plastic wheels from a kit with resin castings whose tire contact face is flattened. The weighting deformation effect gives the model a natural stance on its base, because the tire no longer looks perfectly circular. The off-road tread, the sidewall blocks and the lettering on the tire tend to be markedly more legible on a resin casting than on the standard plastic, and that tells above all on the large wheels of this vehicle.
The GAZ-233014 STS is a Russian light wheeled armored vehicle in a 4x4 configuration with independent suspension and an armored hull for the crew. It is the armored variant of the GAZ-2330 series off-road vehicle, used for carrying personnel, for reconnaissance and for convoy escort. High ground clearance, large off-road wheels and the angular silhouette of the hull are characteristic.
Wash the parts in lukewarm water with detergent, so that remains of the mold release agent disappear. Cut the casting blocks off with a saw, level the seating face and protect your airways while sanding resin. They are glued with cyanoacrylate only. Apply a base coat before spraying, otherwise the paint holds badly on smooth resin. Glue the wheels so that the flattened part points straight down and all the wheels stand in one plane; otherwise the model visibly limps. Paint the tire dark gray instead of black and dust the sidewall with pigment.
