Pale Wood (WWI) is a light wood lacquer shade by Mr.Paint for the wooden parts of First World War aircraft. It comes ready to spray with an airbrush.
Responsibility details are not available.
A light wood shade from Mr.Paint's lacquer range, intended for the wooden parts of First World War aircraft. It reproduces the pale, yellowish-beige wood used on propellers, struts, ribs and the plywood or slatted parts of the airframe. These surfaces were often only varnished, so the wood grain remained visible — the light base tone is therefore well suited as a foundation for oil-based washes and grain effects. The paint is a solvent-based lacquer supplied ready to spray, with a fine pigment and fast drying to a smooth, gently satin surface.
For modelers of First World War aircraft who create authentic wooden surfaces and work with an airbrush and lacquer paints. Mr.Paint lacquers are not primarily intended for brush painting.
A lacquer-based paint — flammable. Spray in a well-ventilated area with respiratory protection (a respirator), away from children and open flame.
