A set of abrasive paper in a very fine 2500 grit intended for the final stages of surface work. An abrasive this fine is used for wet smoothing before polishing, for evening out painted surfaces or for light sanding between coats of varnish. The paper leaves a smooth surface with no visible scratches.
Suitable for modelers who finish gloss surfaces, for example car bodies, cockpits or high-gloss cowlings.
A very fine abrasive works best wet, with a little water. Sand with a light touch so as not to rub through the thin coat of paint.
