A sheet of wood with continuous plank covering and a self-adhesive layer on the back. The planks are 2.6 millimeters wide and run across the whole area of the sheet, so you cut exactly the shape you happen to need out of it. Unlike a deck cut for one particular model, here the shape is determined not by the manufacturer but by you.
Most often on the decks of ship models, but it will also serve on the floors of dioramas, on jetties, cargo beds, terraces and anywhere wood rather than painted plastic is to be seen. The width of the plank also suggests which scale the sheet suits: 2.6 millimeters corresponds in 1:50 scale to a plank about thirteen centimeters wide, and in 1:100 scale to about twenty-six. Work out from that whether it matches your model.
For modelers who are building a ship or a diorama without a ready-made deck set and want wood where plastic would otherwise stay. The model, paints and tools are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
