Seven magnetic rectangles 100x50 mm, the largest format by area in the rectangular part of the range.
Responsibility details are not available.
One hundred millimeters of length beats every other rectangular format in this group. A single piece covers the bottom of a long base under a column of vehicles, under a rank of infantry in formation or under a narrow strip of terrain built as an addition to a larger scene.
A count of seven parts sounds modest until you realize how much area one part carries. Out of a single rectangle you can cut a pair of squares, a set of four strips for narrow bases or a shape that follows the irregular outline of a terrain board. Thin sheet material cuts better than most plastics and the edge stays straight.
In display boxes where whole formations are carried at once, a long strip holds more reliably than a pair of short discs placed at the ends. It also comes into its own under a board that is meant to be removable from the floor of a display case at any time for cleaning or for rearranging a collection.
Cut on a mat with a sharp knife along a ruler; scissors wander on longer cuts. Keep the offcuts, as small pieces come in useful for reinforcing bases that have already been fitted. Before gluing, check that the part does not overhang the outline of the bottom anywhere, so that it does not scratch a display shelf once it is stuck down.
A steel plate, a magnetic insert for a case and terrain bases are not part of this item.
The models that will finally stand on the board likewise remain outside the delivery.
