A Mr.Paint (MRP) modeling paint in the standard shade RAL 8017 Red Brown, the red brown of the camouflage of German military vehicles. It is an acrylic lacquer formulated directly for spraying with an airbrush: it is pre-thinned and ready for immediate use straight from the bottle. It is marked by excellent covering power, quick drying and a smooth satin to semi-gloss surface. It is neither a kit nor a brush-on paint, but a professional product for painting models.

Use

• the red brown shade RAL 8017 for the camouflage of German military vehicles
• the brown element of the late-war three-tone camouflage (dark yellow, green, red brown) used from 1943 onward
• camouflage patches and stripes on tanks, armored vehicles and guns
• it is applied with an airbrush in thin coats over a suitable primer
• suitable as a base for washes, filters and color modulation

Who the paint is for

For modelers building German armored vehicles of the late period of the Second World War who work with an airbrush and want a faithful red brown RAL 8017 for three-tone camouflage schemes. The pre-thinned formula makes the work easier for those who do not want to thin a lacquer by hand.

A lacquer (alcohol-based) product for the airbrush is flammable. Use it in a well-ventilated area, with a respirator and away from sources of open flame. Intended only for spraying with an airbrush, not for brushing.
