This is a modeling paint, not a kit. Red Primer High Lights is a water-thinnable acrylic from AMMO of Mig Jimenez in a 17 ml bottle. It is not a stand-alone shade for a whole model but the lightest tone in the graded range of the red-brown primer (red primer, or rotbraun), intended for bringing out edges and upper surfaces during color modulation. It is applied where the light falls most, and together with the darker tones of the same range it gives a model depth and a sense of volume. It is thinned with water or AMMO acrylic thinner, it is odorless and it is cleaned with water. It is not a lacquer.
For modelers who bring out vehicles in a red-brown primer with the color modulation technique, and for anyone who works with a water-thinnable acrylic without a strong smell.
