About product

Russian Light Base - acrylic paint from AMMO of Mig Jimenez

An acrylic modeling paint in a lighter base shade of the Soviet protective green 4BO. It serves as the lighter starting (light base) tone of color modulation, brightening surfaces above the base shade. It is water-thinnable, odorless and non-toxic, suitable for brush and airbrush alike. This is not a kit but a paint for finishing a model.

Use

  • Brightening the surfaces of Soviet equipment in the protective green 4BO during modulation.
  • An intermediate step between the base shade and the lightest highlight.
  • It combines with the base, dark base, high light and shadow shades of the same line.
  • Applied in thin coats; for the airbrush it is thinned with water or acrylic thinner.

Who it is for

For modelers of Soviet and related equipment who are building a smooth modulation of the 4BO shade, and for beginners too thanks to the ready-made range of tones.

A water-thinnable acrylic paint. Work in a ventilated room and use respiratory protection when airbrushing. Keep out of the reach of children.
