A Hataka modeling paint from the Orange Line in the traffic red shade to the RAL 3020 standard. It goes on in thin coats with a brush and with an airbrush.
Responsibility details are not available.
RAL 3020 is traffic red, a deep and striking shade from the standardized RAL range. You will meet it on fire service vehicles, on warning and traffic features, on machines and on industrial equipment, where the color is meant to catch the eye from a distance. That is exactly why it is a shade with a strong color effect that draws the eye on a model at once.
It does most work on models of civilian and fire service vehicles, on construction and agricultural machinery and on additions to dioramas, where the color matches real markings. But it will also serve wherever a striking red feature is all that is wanted: on traffic markings, hydrants, fire extinguishers, tanks and small details of equipment that are meant to carry a prescribed shade.
Shake the container thoroughly before work, so that the paint is stirred through its whole volume. Thin it with the thinner intended for this line and in the ratio given by the manufacturer on the packaging. Expect deep reds to cover less well than grays and greens: over a dark base more coats are needed, whereas over a light base two to three thin applications are enough and the color stays clean. Let each coat flash off, as a heavy application would flood the fine relief of the model. Clean the tools with the thinner of the same line right after work and close the container carefully.
A container of paint is supplied. The model, thinner, brushes and airbrush are not included, unless stated otherwise.
