Pliers with tweezer jaws from Model Craft have very fine smooth jaws in the shape of tweezers, which leave no mark on the surface and still hold the force needed to bend wire.
Responsibility details are not available.
Fine pliers whose jaws taper to the tip into the shape of tweezers and are smooth on the inside, that is without serrations. That matters: ordinary flat pliers leave notches on wire and on soft metal that can only be removed with a file, whereas smooth jaws leave the surface unmarked. Even so these are pliers, not tweezers, so they have enough force to bend wire and to hold it while soldering. The length of the tool is about one hundred and forty millimeters.
For modelers who work with photo-etched parts, wires and rigging, for ship builders and for anyone who needs pliers that will not scratch the surface. They go well with a classic pair of tweezers, because they also manage work that calls for force, and they are the logical partner to precision micro shears.
The pliers are not intended for cutting wire or for rough work by force. The jaws are thin and can be spread by overloading. Keep out of the reach of children.
