About product

Lifecolor PBY Blue FS34058

A water-thinnable acrylic paint of 22 ml with a satin surface. The blue shade matches the FS 34058 standard and was used on US Navy and Marine Corps aircraft. The paint is non-toxic and suited to a brush and an airbrush alike.

Use

  • Laid on with a brush or an airbrush; for spraying it is thinned with water or the maker's thinner.
  • It adheres to plastic, resin, metal and etching; best over a base with a primer.
  • A satin surface comes out best on a smoothly sanded base.
  • Shake thoroughly before use and lay on in thin layers.

Who it is for

Suited to modelers of American naval aviation subjects who need the characteristic blue shade.

It is thinned with water, but even so do not drink the contents and protect your eyes; work in a ventilated space and keep out of the reach of children.
