Waterline marking for ships and submarines - 0.4 mm wide (Quinta Studio)

This is an aid for building ship models, not a model. The package contains a thin self-adhesive strip 0.4 mm wide and 2820 mm long with which you mark an accurate, straight waterline on a hull. The 0.4 mm width suits smaller to medium-sized models.

Use

• Clean and degrease the hull so that the strip holds well.
• Lay the strip along the intended waterline; its flexibility lets it follow the curve of the hull.
• Use the strip as a guide when masking and painting the underwater and above-water parts.
• Leave it in place as the final marking if you wish, or take it off once the paint is on.
