A solvent-based lacquer paint in a rich yellow from the modern Swedish Air Force palette. Yellow tones on aircraft are mainly used for bold markings, eye-catching areas and accent elements. The paint is applied with an airbrush, forms a very thin film, covers well even over a darker base, and dries quickly to a smooth, clean surface.

Who the paint is for

The paint suits modelers spraying bold yellow elements and markings on aircraft, as well as anyone who works with an airbrush and wants a rich tone in a thin film. Rich yellow shows up best over a lighter base coat; the lacquer film then holds up to subsequent lacquers, decals and final finishing. Mix the paint briefly in the bottle before spraying, so the pigment is evenly dispersed, and build up the yellow in several thin coats over a light base rather than all at once.
