The four-engine Consolidated B-24 Liberator heavy bomber was among the most numerously built combat aircraft of the Second World War. Characteristic of it is the narrow high-set wing and the twin vertical tail surface; it is by exactly these that it is told apart at first glance from the Flying Fortresses. It was deployed in all the main theaters.
A sheet of decals for models in 1:144 scale. Which machines and which markings are printed on the sheet is given by the list of artwork included in the package; from it you can judge whether the sheet matches your kit.
Before you soak the sheet, check in the instructions whether it is a self-adhesive version, because a soaked self-adhesive film is ruined beyond repair. With the usual wet version the procedure is as follows:
In 1:144 scale the artwork is tiny, so a sharp blade, tweezers with fine tips and a calm hand pay off. A decal sheet is supplied; the model, paints, glue and clear coats are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
