A photo-etched set of metal parts for the Ho 229A kit in 1:144 scale from Brengun. It replaces and supplements the details that in injection-molded plastic are necessarily coarser.
Responsibility details are not available.
The Ho 229 is among the most unusual German aircraft of the end of the Second World War. It was a flying wing, that is a machine with no classic fuselage and no tail surfaces, on which the whole area of the wing carries the lift. By the end of the war development had reached only the stage of prototypes and the planned series version, listed as the A, never came about. The aircraft is also given under the designation Go 229, after the company that was to take over its construction.
Photo-etched metal parts intended for the Ho 229A kit in 1:144 scale from Brengun. Photo-etch brings a thickness that injection-molded plastic cannot reach, and it suits precisely the places where a model gives its scale away first: small panels, grilles, reinforcements and interior equipment. The list of the parts and their placement are given by the manufacturer in the instructions.
For builders of small scales who want to take the detail of a Ho 229 model beyond the kit and do not mind working with very small metal parts.
A kit, glue and paints are not included in the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
