Aber 1:16 photo-etched front fenders for the Tiger I, Ausf.E, early and late version replace the plastic fenders with thin metal parts of a faithful thickness.
Responsibility details are not available.
A detail set in photo-etched metal from Aber in 1:16 scale with the front fenders of the German Tiger I, Ausf.E heavy tank. The parts suit both the early and the late version of the machine. It is not a tank model but a metal accessory replacing the coarser plastic fenders of a base kit.
The front fenders of the Tiger were sheet metal in reality and were often somewhat damaged in the field. Thin photo-etched metal catches their true thickness and even allows realistic denting. The set covers both forms, so you can use it for the early as well as the late version.
Separate the parts with a blade, tap them gently if you like for a worn look, and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. Once the primer is on, dry-brushing and mud effects will bring out the edges.
This is a photo-etched detail set, not a tank model. The base kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
