The sheet holds period pin-up posters printed on paper and meant to be cut out and glued into a diorama. It is not a kit and not a waterslide decal. It is a subject for adult collectors, which is used in dioramas as a period prop in interiors.
Print of this type belongs on the walls of enclosed spaces — in a workshop, a garage, a hangar, a cab or a billet. That is precisely why it is a good idea to place it so that it fits into the whole and does not drown out the main subject of a scene: a smaller format, a side wall, partial covering by other equipment. In the larger 1:24 scale a single piece stands out, while in 1:35 a group of small formats on one wall does.
Cut with a new edge along a steel rule and go over the white edge after trimming with a dark paint. It is glued with a thin layer of PVA glue applied to the undercoat and to the reverse of the cutout; thinning with water gives time to reposition the motif. In a cramped interior tweezers and a skewer help. The paper takes fine toning with oil paint or pigment and a final matte clear coat, which unifies the sheen with the surroundings and strengthens the area.
The sheet is supplied as a printed accessory. Glue, paints and tools are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
