The Asurada AKF-0/G is a racing car from the world of the Japanese animated series Cyber Formula, specifically from its sequel designated Sin. The designation Lifting Turn Mode refers to one of the configurations the car changes into; further machines of the same series exist under the same theme, so a whole racing grid can be built.
It is a plastic kit in 1:24 scale. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted; the number of parts, the content of the decal sheet and the recommended shades are given in the manufacturer's instructions. The extent of the parts differs between the individual configurations of the same series, so it pays to go through the instructions before you obtain paints for the model.
The body of this kind of car lives off a smooth surface. So sand the seams and the marks left by production before painting and polish the area. Apply the paint in thin coats and let each one dry thoroughly. Separate the parts from the molding with a sharp blade or with nippers, not by breaking them out. Apply the decals only onto a dried gloss base, so that no air is left under them. Fit the transparent parts at the very end, when there is no more sanding or varnishing going on around them - abrasive dust bites into them and makes them cloudy.
It suits builders of car models, collectors of fantastic machines and fans of Japanese animated work alike. The 1:24 scale is the most ordinary for cars, so the model matches the rest of a collection in size.
