This is not a kit, but an accessory intended for a kit of your own. The package contains fifty resin bracing wire turnbuckles for the large 1:24 scale. In this scale there is nowhere to hide: the rigging is prominent on the model, and plastic fittings from a mold or plain thread strung between the wings give the simplification away at once.
A model in 1:24 scale is examined from close up and the individual elements of the bracing system can be read on it. On the real aircraft a turnbuckle was the fitting with which a steel wire was tensioned, and its shape differed by manufacturer and by period. The designation Type A refers to one particular form from the manufacturer's range; when choosing, go by the shape of the fitting on the subject you are building.
Plan ahead. The holes for anchoring the turnbuckles are most convenient to drill into the wings and the fuselage before they are glued together and before painting, while the part is loose in your hand. Wash the castings in lukewarm soapy water to remove the mold release agent. Cut the casting blocks off with a sharp blade and level the surface with a file, sanding wet and with respiratory protection. Make the joints with cyanoacrylate glue, ideally the gel version, which gives you time to align the position.
The accessory is supplied unpainted, as separate resin parts. The kit, the wire, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
