Aber 1:24 .50 caliber (12.7 mm) barrels for the Browning M2 machine gun is a pair of precisely turned metal barrels for refining the American heavy weapon in 1:24 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a detail accessory, not a model in its own right. The package holds two turned metal barrels for the American .50 caliber (12.7 mm) Browning M2 heavy machine gun in 1:24 scale. The manufacturer is Aber.
A turned metal barrel has a perfectly circular cross section and a drilled breech, which molded plastic cannot match. It replaces the original plastic barrel and raises the realism of the weapon markedly, on a vehicle, on an aircraft or in an infantry group.
Before gluing, roughen and degrease the metal barrel lightly and glue it with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Before painting, apply a primer intended for metal so the paint holds well. The cooling jacket and the muzzle come out after a metal color picked out dry with a drybrush.
This is an accessory, not a model in its own right. The base kit and paints are not included in the package.
