Aviattic 1:32 four-color lozenge pattern for upper surfaces (factory shades) — a decal sheet with full-width printing of the German polygon camouflage from the First World War in the rich colors of new fabric.
Responsibility details are not available.
This full-width Aviattic decal sheet in 1:32 scale covers the upper surfaces of models of German First World War aircraft with the four-color polygon pattern in the factory fresh variant — the rich, clean shades of freshly printed fabric.
Covering a whole wing with a decal is a different discipline from small national insignia, but with forethought any more advanced modeler will manage it. The key is preparation: measure the panels of the covering out and cut them from paper first, cut the decal with a sharp blade along those templates and leave yourself a small overlap for wrapping the edges. Lay one panel at a time, with enough water to move it and with patience when pushing the bubbles out. The reward is a perfectly regular drawing of the polygons, which practically cannot be achieved with a brush or an airbrush.
The base has to be gloss and fully cured. Let the softener draw the printing onto the ribs and the pressings — do not hurry and do not touch a softened decal. Once dry, even the surface out with varnish; the rich factory colors take a light flattening and a fine filter.
A decal sheet is an add-on — the model, glue and varnishes are not included in the package.
