BRU-32 bomb racks for the F-14 Bombcat (1:32) are a resin set of weapon racks for detailing models in 1:32 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
A resin set of BRU-32 weapon racks in 1:32 scale. It is not an aircraft model but a detail accessory onto which bomb and rocket armament is hung under the fuselage and the wings. The set is intended for a faithful rendering of the underwing stores of the American naval fighter in the strike role.
The BRU-32 is an American weapon rack used on carrier aircraft of the US Navy. On the Grumman F-14 Tomcat it made it possible to carry bomb armament as well, which gave rise to the unofficial nickname Bombcat for Tomcats in the strike role. The rack served to carry bombs, drop tanks and other stores.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut off the casting blocks and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. Apply a primer before painting, preferably with an airbrush.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and other accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
