Responsibility details are not available.
This set from the Zoom range of the Czech manufacturer Eduard offers a selection of the most important photo-etched parts for the model of the Curtiss P-40N Kittyhawk in 1:32 scale. The Zoom range concentrates on the features with the greatest visual benefit, above all the color printed parts of the cockpit, which replace plastic details with no need for laborious painting. It is a quick way to raise the level of a model markedly.
The Curtiss P-40N Warhawk, or Kittyhawk, was the late and most numerous version of the American P-40 fighter. Pilots valued its solid structure and the reliable Allison V-1710 engine; the machine became famous above all in the Pacific and on the China and Burma theater, where it served with American and Allied units alike.
Do not treat the color printed parts with solvents; glue them with a small drop of cyanoacrylate glue and choose a final matte varnish carefully so that the printing does not degrade. Glue the layered instrument panels exactly in the center and the detail will then look three-dimensional. Degrease the unpainted metal parts and spray them with primer before painting.
This is a supplementary photo-etched set; the base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
