A waterslide decal sheet in 1:32 scale from the Hungarian manufacturer HAD models. It holds the technical stencils for the MiG-21 MF fighter and the two-seat MiG-21 UM trainer in the silver, that is polished bare metal, finish of the Hungarian Air Force. It is an accessory for a model, not a kit: the sheet brings the small maintenance and warning markings that bring the surface of an aircraft to life.
The MiG-21 is a Soviet supersonic fighter and one of the most widespread jet aircraft in history. The MF version was a multirole fighter and the UM the two-seat trainer variant. The Hungarian Air Force operated the MiG-21 for decades, and some of the machines flew in an unpainted silver finish of polished duralumin, on which the small technical stencils show clearly.
Apply the stencils over a smooth gloss surface, ideally straight onto a metallic-looking finish. Work with a magnifier and tweezers, as these are very small items. Once they have dried, go over them with a semi-gloss varnish compatible with the base and settle them with a softener.
This is a decal sheet in its own right. The model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
