1:32 Supermarine Spitfire Mk.I,II Camouflage Painting Masks scheme "B"

Spitfire Mk.I, II painting masks - scheme B (1:32)

A set of self-adhesive painting masks for spraying the upper camouflage scheme B onto a model of the Spitfire Mk.I or Mk.II in 1:32 scale. These are neither decals nor paints: the masks define the exact dividing edges between the shades, so you can spray the pattern crisply and repeatably with an airbrush.

Use

• Stick the masks onto the already sprayed first (lighter) shade following the enclosed plan.
• Spray over with the second shade of the upper camouflage.
• Once dry, peel the masks off carefully and a clean dividing edge appears.
• The shaped parts follow the panels and leading edges of the type, which is why they fit the particular model.

Who the set is for

For modelers building the Spitfire Mk.I or Mk.II in 1:32 scale who want exact camouflage without laboriously cutting their own masks. Scheme B is the mirror variant of the period British scheme A.

The masks are tied to a particular type and scale of model; with a different kit they may not line up exactly. The package contains only painting masks - paints, glue and the model are not included.
