This is a photo-etched detail set from Tetra Model Works, not a tank model. The set holds parts in thin brass sheet meant to sharpen up a plastic kit of the French AMX-30B2 main battle tank in 1:35 scale: typically radiator grilles, fenders, lifting eyes, brackets and other fine elements that injection-molded plastic cannot capture faithfully at this scale.
The AMX-30B2 is the modernized version of the French AMX-30 main battle tank of the 1980s. It carried a 105 mm gun, a new fire-control system with a laser rangefinder and an improved powerplant. For decades the AMX-30 formed the backbone of the French armored forces and it served in the armies of other countries too.
The photo-etched parts in thin brass sheet are separated with a sharp knife on a hard surface, bent over an edge or in a bending tool and bonded best with super glue (cyanoacrylate). It is a good idea to degrease both the photo-etch and the plastic before gluing. The finished surface is treated with a primer and sprayed with an airbrush, and the weathering is built up with washes and pigments. The parts are shaped for the Meng kit.
This is an accessory, not a standalone model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
