A set of cast resin wheels for a model of the French VAB wheeled armored personnel carrier in 1:35 scale from DEF Model. This is set 2 with the Uniroyal tire tread. The package holds 6 wheels that carry a realistic weighted effect, that is the sag of the tire where it touches the road.
The VAB is a French wheeled armored personnel carrier (most often in the 6x6 version) serving to carry troops. A faithful rendering of weighted tires gives the model the impression of weight.
Separate the castings from the casting blocks, clean them up and degrease them; use cyanoacrylate glue for the resin. Even the tires out with a matte color and add dusting with pigments to suit the setting. The accessory is designed for the Heller kit.
The accessory is supplied unpainted and is meant for finishing the matching model.
