A set of turned metal (brass) barrels for naval armament in 1:350 scale from the Polish manufacturer Master. It is not a model, but a detail accessory that replaces the plastic barrels from the matching plastic kit of the Italian heavy cruiser R.N. Zara of the Second World War. The metal barrels have sharp, smooth muzzles free of mold seams.
According to its name, the package contains barrels for the main, secondary and light armament: 203 mm (8 pieces), 100 mm (12 pieces), 37 mm (8 pieces) and 13.2 mm (8 pieces). With them you replace the soft and inaccurate plastic barrels from the kit, and the artillery armament of the ship gains faithful, sharp and durable detail.
Cut the plastic barrels off the kit, drill holes of the matching diameter in the remaining parts and glue the metal barrels in with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Because of the large number of small parts, work calmly and with tweezers. This is an accessory for more advanced modelers.
The set contains turned metal barrels. Paints, glue and the model itself are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
