A detail accessory set from the Polish manufacturer Eureka XXL. It reproduces German metal 200 liter fuel drums from the period of the Second World War and combines resin drums with photo-etched parts. This is not a model of hardware but equipment for dioramas and supply scenes.
Metal 200 liter fuel drums were among the most common objects in rear, supply and maintenance areas. Sets of this type usually contain four drums and photo-etched closures marked for the individual services (Wehrmacht, Kriegsmarine, Waffen-SS, Luftwaffe). The accessory gives a scene a realistic detail and a sense of scale.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin drums, cut the casting blocks away and glue them with cyanoacrylate; shape the photo-etched closures carefully. The steel hoops and the lettering will come out after painting, a fine patina and a suggestion of corrosion; protect your airways when sanding resin.
The accessory set is supplied unassembled and unpainted; paints, glue and the base model are not included in the package.
