A photo-etched metal detail set in 1:35 scale from Aber for a model of the German 7.5 cm Pak 97/38 anti-tank gun. It replaces coarser plastic features with fine photo-etched parts. It is not a gun kit but a metal accessory for more experienced modelers.
The Pak 97/38 was a German improvised 7.5 cm anti-tank gun of the Second World War. It came about by mounting the barrel of an older French field gun on the carriage of the German Pak 38 anti-tank gun. It was deployed above all on the Eastern Front as a cheap way of filling out the anti-tank defenses.
Separate the photo-etched parts carefully from the fret with a sharp knife on a glass surface and bend them with a photo-etch bending tool or a metal ruler. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) or with glue for photo-etched parts. Degrease the metal parts and apply a metal primer before painting.
This is a photo-etched accessory for a model, not a standalone vehicle kit. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
