A set of ten jerrycans of the German pattern in 1:35 scale, in the 1939 pattern version in the open form, with the ABP marking.
Responsibility details are not available.
The German standard twenty-liter jerrycan changed in small ways over the course of its production: the weld and the rim around the edge looked different, so did the closure, so did the placement of the pressed marks. Modelers therefore tell the individual patterns apart by the year they belong to. The basis stayed the same throughout, that is a container pressed from two halves, a cross pressed into the sides for stiffness and three handles side by side, thanks to which one or two people could carry the can.
Ten jerrycans in 1:35 scale. The set is given as the 1939 pattern version in the open form, with the ABP marking. The sister sets from the same supplier offer the 1942 pattern, different markings and also a closed version or one with a pouring tube, so a mixture of pieces can be put together on one vehicle. The number of individual parts is stated in the manufacturer's instructions.
Put the scuffed places where a hand and a strap touched the can, that is on the handles, on the edges and on the bottom rim. A continuous layer of rust over the whole surface looks unconvincing.
An accessory set is supplied. The vehicle model, holders, paints and glue are not included in the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
