A set of ten jerrycans of the German pattern in 1:35 scale, in the closed version with the ABP marking.
Responsibility details are not available.
Jerrycans are among the small things that decide whether a finished model reads as a sample on display or as a machine in service. On vehicles they were carried in holders on the fenders, at the rear and on the sides of the bed, in the field they were stacked in heaps at supply points, and in workshops they stood lined up against a wall. Ten pieces in one set are enough for one vehicle and for a small scene around it, so they do not have to be bought for every model separately.
This set is in the closed version, that is with the closure in the shut position, and it carries the ABP marking, by which it is set apart from the otherwise identical sets of the line. The year given sets the versions apart within the line, and the sister sets carry a different year. The German standard jerrycan meanwhile changed only in details throughout its production, so the difference between the variants lies in small points of the closure and in what is pressed into the sides. The exact number of parts is stated in the manufacturer's instructions enclosed.
The cans on a model do not all have to be the same. When you shade some of them differently, add a scuff on the edges and stand a few of them crooked, the group looks far more believable at once than ten identical pieces in a row.
An accessory set is supplied. The vehicle model, paints and glue are not included in the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
