This set contains fine photo-etched brass parts of a fence and a gate in 1:35 scale from the manufacturer Matho Models. It is not a kit of a vehicle but a diorama accessory with which you bound a plot, a yard or a building in a scene. Photo-etched brass makes realistically thin bars possible, of a kind that cannot be cast in plastic.
The fence and the gate will create the natural boundaries of a diorama, around a building, a garden, a store or a courtyard. They can be combined with masonry posts, wooden features or vegetation and so used to complete a civilian or a military setting.
Separate the parts from the fret carefully with a sharp knife or photo-etch scissors, shape them if needed and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. Before painting, apply a base suitable for metal (a primer), then the shade of metal and rust; washes and pigments will strengthen the effect. Paints and glue are not included in the package.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Paints, glue and the target scene are not included in the package.
