This photo-etched detail set in 1:35 scale from the Polish brand Aber is not a standalone model but an accessory for raising the detail of the Panzer 38(t) light tank in the Ausf. G version. It adds fine metal elements that injection-molded plastic cannot capture faithfully.
The Panzer 38(t) was a light tank of Czechoslovak design (originally the LT vz. 38) that the German army took over in large numbers. The Ausf. G version was among the later forms with revised armor. Its dependable chassis became the basis of a whole line of derived vehicles, for instance tank destroyers and self-propelled guns.
Separate the parts carefully with a sharp blade, form the bends under a rule or on a bending tool and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. Spray the fine photo-etched elements with a primer; the detail will come out with a wash in the recesses and a light dusting of pigments.
