It is not a model or a finished building but a tool for repeatedly making your own parts.

Work tips

The mold can be used without a release agent, as the compound comes away easily from the flexible silicone. Let plaster castings dry thoroughly, then clean them up and paint them with acrylics, a wash and pigments for the faithful look of weathered roofing.
