First wash the mold release residue off the resin parts, carefully separate them from the supporting blocks and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Protect your airways while sanding. Apply a base (a primer) and build the colors up in thin layers; you can bring the textile and the skin to life with oil paints and a wash.
