A green tinting film 1:35 for the Typhoon-K armored car from SX-Art is cut for the kit from Zvezda. With it the glazing of the model stops looking like bare clear plastic.

This is a finishing accessory, not a kit and not a mask for painting. The green transparent material is cut to the shape of the glazing of the Typhoon-K armored car in 1:35 scale and stays on the finished model. It is exactly this detail that makes a big difference on modern armored vehicles: clear plastic out of a mold reads as a civilian window, whereas laminated armored glass always has a noticeable color tone.
The Typhoon-K carries the cab windows and the side vision ports deep in thick frames, so shadow falls on the model and the glazing is hard to read. A green tone gives it depth and emphasizes that this is a thick pane, not thin glass. This version is cut to the parts of the kit from Zvezda; SX-Art makes the same green film for a kit from another manufacturer as well, so the name of the kit is the only detail by which the right one can be chosen.
The order here is the reverse of that for masks. Finish painting the bodywork, the frames and all the coats of varnish first, then take any masks off the glazing and let the model rest so that the varnish finishes curing. Only then fit the film onto a clean, degreased and dust-free transparent part. Anyone who fits it sooner and then sprays again will get a flat veil under the aerosol that can no longer be polished out.
The package holds the tinting film only. The model, paints and glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
