Responsibility details are not available.
A set of printed paper sheets reproducing the German shelter quarter (Zeltbahn) in a camouflage pattern with blurred edges to the patches. It is not a kit or a figure, but a flat accessory for a diorama in 1:35 scale that is cut out and shaped into shelter quarters, rain capes and covers over equipment.
Patterns with blurred edges were among the later camouflage prints on German equipment, where the soft transitions between the patches broke up the outline of the soldier better. Shelter quarters were commonly used as a rain cape, a groundsheet and a section of a tent; this set captures their variant with softly tuned edges.
Moisten or knead the paper lightly, shape natural creases and fix them with super glue or PVA glue. Bring out the edges and the recesses with pigments and dry pastel color, so that the shelter quarter fits into the scene. A matte varnish evens the print out and increases its durability.
This is a printed paper accessory, not a kit. Glue, paints and figures are not included in the package.
