The Wiesel is a German very light, air-transportable tracked armored vehicle for airborne and light infantry units. The MK20 version carries an automatic cannon of 20 mm caliber (the Rheinmetall Rh202) in a rotating turret and serves for fire support as well as for fighting lightly armored and airborne targets. Its small dimensions allow transport by helicopter and quick deployment.
Because of the small dimensions of the vehicle, take care over clean mold parting lines and a precise fit of the turret. Use plastic cement on the joints, including the tracks, treat the surface with a base color (primer) and apply the camouflage scheme with an airbrush. Bring the details out with washes and a dry brush, and finish the weathering with pigments.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
