Eduard 1:48 ADM-160 MALD is a resin set of modern air-launched decoys for arming models of combat aircraft.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is not a kit of an aircraft, but a resin set: miniature air-launched decoys ADM-160 MALD in 1:48 scale. The set serves for realistically arming models of modern aircraft that carry these decoys.
The ADM-160 MALD (Miniature Air-Launched Decoy) is a small American air-launched decoy which by its radar return imitates a combat aircraft and confuses enemy air defenses. It is released from combat aircraft and is used to saturate and deceive the radar and missile systems of an opponent.
Wash the resin parts free of the mold release agent, cut the casting blocks off and smooth the surfaces. Glue with super glue (cyanoacrylate) and protect your airways when sanding. Paint the decoys according to the real subject and add the markings; if the set holds decals or photo-etched parts, make use of them for a true result.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The model of the aircraft itself, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
