This is a set of waterslide decals in 1:48 scale from the Czech publisher ROP o.s. It is not an aircraft model but an aftermarket set of markings for building a model of the German Junkers Ju 87B Stuka dive bomber. The release focuses on machines committed during the Battle of Britain in 1940.
The Ju 87B was the characteristic dive bomber with an inverted gull wing and fixed landing gear in aerodynamic fairings; it was powered by the Junkers Jumo 211 V12 engine. It became famous for the sirens that wailed during a dive attack. During the Battle of Britain the Stukas suffered heavy losses against British fighters and were withdrawn from the fighting over the Channel.
The decals are intended for commonly available plastic Ju 87B models in 1:48 scale. Apply them over a smooth gloss clear coat so that silvering does not occur; decal softeners help them settle. Unify the surface with a matte or satin varnish.
