It comes practically finished, with faithfully reproduced dial faces and labels, and replaces the plastic instrument panel. It is not a kit of an airplane but a detail accessory for advanced modelers.
The Messerschmitt Bf 109B was an early production version of the famous German single-seat fighter. It proved itself in combat as early as the Spanish Civil War and laid the ground for the extensive further development of the whole Bf 109 line.
Remove the plastic panel or level it off and glue the photo-etched part on with super glue (cyanoacrylate). The colored surface usually only needs knocking back to a matte finish; painting the instruments is not necessary.
This is a detail accessory, not a model of an airplane. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
