A resin conversion set from the Czech maker AML with which you build the British Sherman Firefly Ic, the tank-killing variant of the Sherman, in its Polish form, out of a plastic Sherman base. It is not a complete model: it is a set of supplementary resin parts intended for more experienced modelers.
The Firefly was a Sherman rearmed with the powerful British 17-pounder antitank gun, one of the few Allied guns able to destroy heavy German tanks reliably at long range. The Ic version was based on the gasoline-engined Sherman, with its characteristic long barrel and a counterweight on the rear of the turret.
A resin conversion set; the basic plastic kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
