The resin accessory S-25-O in 1:48 scale from the brand Aerobonus (Aires). It captures a Soviet large-caliber unguided air-to-ground aerial rocket with its launch container and serves to arm a finished model of a combat aircraft.
The S-25 is a Soviet heavy unguided aerial rocket of roughly 340 millimeter caliber, launched from a single-round container. The O version carried a fragmentation warhead aimed at area ground targets and at personnel. That is what sets it apart from the other versions of the same family of rockets.
It is a resin set for experienced modelers. First wash the mold release residue off the parts, carefully cut off the casting blocks and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Protect your airways while sanding. The set does not contain an aircraft model or its pylons; it is an accessory for arming a finished model. The container and the body of the rocket come out best with a metallic gray or olive base and a fine accent on the details.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted; it is a resin accessory for a model. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
